Story
My name is Adilio Santos.
I am Brazilian, I have been in Japan since 2018, and I have worked with IT infrastructure and support for more than 15 years.
I started as a network technician in Brazil and, over the years, gained experience across practically every area of IT: maintenance, networks, servers, cloud, security, automation and support.
In Japan, since 2019, I have worked as an IT and infrastructure consultant, supporting both corporate data center operations and immigrant-owned or foreign businesses that need reliable support in Portuguese and English, without depending on providers who do not understand the local reality.
I founded Nihon IT & Network to formalize this work and offer businesses in Japan the same level of support that a structured company has, with the flexibility and personal service of someone who understands the context closely.
I provide service in Portuguese and English, and have basic Japanese for day-to-day operational communication.
