I am Brazilian, I have lived in Japan since 2018, and I have worked with technology for more than 15 years. Today I help companies assess, plan and deploy complete solutions, from infrastructure and communications to digital presence and ongoing support.
Story
My name is Adilio Santos.
I am Brazilian, I have been in Japan since 2018, and I have worked in technology for more than 15 years, always close to the real operations of businesses.
My foundation comes from infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud, security, automation and support. Over time, that experience evolved into a broader view: understanding the business, identifying bottlenecks and connecting technology with operations, service, communications and growth.
In Japan, since 2019, I have supported both corporate data center operations and immigrant-led or foreign companies that need someone able to see the whole picture, not only solve an isolated technical issue.
Nihon IT & Network was born from that need: consulting for companies that need to organize or evolve their structure more clearly by integrating infrastructure, IP telephony, processes, digital presence, automation and ongoing support.
I work in Portuguese, English and functional Japanese for daily operations, which helps bridge local reality, vendors and the client's routine.
